Well 10 out of my 14 picks were winners last night...I think I should start gambling more.
My disappointment of the Night
Michelle William and Heath Ledger (Brokeback Mountain) not winning the Globes. I think they really deserved it...but there's still the Oscars.
Upset of the Night-Mary-Louise Parker (Weeds)
...is it only me or did last years Golden Globes winner Terry Hatcher look a little too happy...

Most Moving speech-S.Epatha Merkerson (Lackawana Blues)
"I'm 53 years old. This was my first lead in a film. I feel like I am 16. I would believe it if I wasn't having a hot flash..."
Most Entertaining Speeches of the Night...
Geena Davis (Commander In Chief) funny little white lie...
Hugh Laurie (House) he's funny, dashing and witty...
Most shocking comment (or should I say comments) of the Night-Chris Rock
1."Today's Martin Luther Kings birthday. You only have to be nice to black people for two more hours".
2. About Weeds. "(Mary-Louise Parker) plays a mom who deals dope. Ain't that what America's all about".
Oh Chris, don't ever change.
Most tediously boring speech of the night-Jonathan Rhys Meyers (Elvis)
If you saw it you understand. If you didn't be thankful.
Final musings...
Where was Halle Berry...I didn't see her...maybe she's pregnant! Her and Michael Ealy would make the hottest kids. Angelina and Brad...oh these stunning Hollywood couples...
Penelope Cruz looked gorgeous.
Shout out to Evangeline Lilly...she looked great. Lilly went from unknown Canadian actress to star of Lost now here she is getting goodie bags from the Golden Globes...ah, gives me hope.
And where was my favourite - that actor who truly disappears into each different, but offbeat role?
You know, the guy with bed hair, gold teeth and automatic hedge-trimmer hands?
